Order Fulfilment


Dispatch - We dispatch all orders within the next working day upon receiving payment. All orders received until 6pm everyday working will be dispatched next working day. Any orders received during Weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Royal Mail collection dates my shift with bank holidays. Our main fulfilment office is in London.

Quality Control - All orders are individually packed by hand. We have a strict quality control procedure to make sure we ship your products with the upmost quality. Since all packaging is handmade, there might be some inconsistencies. All pin brooches are hand finished and polished by hand, and there might be some inconsistencies at the hard back completely normal to the finish type.

Environmental Commitment - All our packaging is made using 70% recycled materials and all packaging elements can be recycled further. We strongly advise our customers to reuse, reduce and recycle. We aim to be 100% recycled and plastic free by 2023.


For UK and Ireland we use Royal Mail postage services. We offer First Class Signed & Tracked services for national shipping. Due to the current pandemic, Royal Mail is running with delays in different parts of the country. We are not responsible for any delays which may occur when delivering your order. If you have your tracking number please make sure to check the status of your delivery regularly. National orders should take up to 1-2 to days.


For International orders we offer Standard shipping which should take between 1 to 2 weeks depending on your country. Severe delays have been occurring when delivering orders overseas due to Brexit and Covid-19. Sometimes packages get stranded in customs and stuck for days until they are cleared. Severe delays may occur for the rest of the world. We do not offer First Class Tracked options for international due to the high price Royal Mail charges in comparison to the unit price of our products. For certain countries the price of shipping is equal the amount of a pin. We leave at your total discretion whether you want to pay for the shipping fees to deliver the goods to your country.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Unless the item is broken and damaged during transit, with substantial proof we can offer a replacement product subject to stock availability, to be sent to you via Standard shipping service which may take 1 week (national) and 2-3 weeks (international). If we don't have stock at the moment of the incident, you will be notified when the new stock will be ready to be sent.

We do not offer remorse refunds nor exchanges.

In case of any substantial quality control faults in our products, with substantial proof we can issue a partial refund, gift voucher or exchange to a new product subject to stock availability. Limited edition items with serial numbers don't have duplicates so you won't be able to get a replacement. We have full discretion to accept or deny your request for a refund, return or exchange. We will asses every case individually, so please get in touch with our office via the email INFORMATION@THETRENDYSEVEN.COM, please mention your order number in the subject box. We aim to answer any emails within 48 hours.
